Afternoon Delight

years ago. I have completed both my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Hospitality Management. However, I have also spent fifteen years in the industry, working in several different concepts, and several different types of companies. It is an interesting experience being in the restaurant business with the academic background I have as well. I have won GM of the year, and I have had several pieces of research published.

The thought of the Insider is exciting. There are not too many opportunities for true restaurateurs to get together and share ideas. It is up to everyone reading and writing to participate and make it work. Please feel free to leave comments, and ask questions. Hopefully, I can answer them. And, if not, I will give a shot at researching some answers for you.
