Chris Fletcher Brings You Oklahoma City Food and Beverage Review
Hello, my name is Chris Fletcher and we are going to discover the Oklahoma City food and beverage scene together. I have worked in the food industry for about 14 years, most that time as a chef. I also owned my own restaurant in St. Louis, Missouri with my partner Jeff for about two years, but we closed it under great financial duress. Seeking a change of scene, we followed a couple of our friends to Oklahoma City (lagging only about six years behind them). Though I am a fairly new resident of the city, I have long felt at home here and I am excited about reporting on the food scene here for Food and Beverage Insider. I also work as a private chef, write a blog about my personal cooking life, and am nearly finished writing a memoir/cookbook with my partner based on our time as restaurant owners. I will be posting new information about the Oklahoma City scene on a regular basis, and I hope some readers will give us some of their own information, insights and comments.
