Hey, my name is Robert Marcello "RAM" and I am excited in doing the Underground for the "Rose City". Before moving here 16 years ago I worked all over the world in the Hospitality Industry.

I was Chef and General Manager for a Hotel in Germany, ran Military Clubs, worked as a Chef for Hilton, been a Food and Beverage Director, Catering Director for ON DECK here in Portland. I am presently doing Catering for the private sector from in Home to Business Office Parties Angelfire Affair Catering. I have catered functions from 2 to 2500 guests.

While Director of Catering at On Deck I catered events for Nike, Adidas, Price Waterhouse, Coca Cola and Cast Party for Diane Lane. I have run a few Restaurants and Clubs here in Portland.

I have been in the Hospitality field for over 25 years. Worked in every position the field has to offer, Hold a Degree in Food and Beverage Management and Hotel Management. I also have several trade school certificates.

I love the industry and wouldn't change professions although I have been offered the answer is always “ I love this Industry”.

The “Greatest Feeling” is cooking for friends and family and hearing the quiet because everyone is eating instead of talking. Seeing the smiles of your guest faces when the meal is done.
