I have been working in the restaurant industry for 17 years and love every aspect of what i do.the last place i worked at,Finnegans Wake on 9 mile rd,was probably ther worst i have been at not because of the people i worked with but who i worked for.Before that i worked at a small italian cafe called Petrellas also on 9 mile where i liked my job but after being there for 8 years and not seeing the place really going anywhere it was time to go.Too me their has always been something about working in a kitchen and creating a dish that makes people keep coming back for more whether your working in a 5 star restaurant or a little cafe in a shopping center,the thought of making someone happy is what made me coming back for more!
